My feet were in poor condition so I wore them for 5 days straight, then every other day. Now I wear them a couple times a week. In regards to wearing them to often, doesn’t to be a problem, thanks to the natural ingredients and the comfort of wearing them. Let the color change on the pad, be the deciding factor. **Q: How long until these no longer come off black? I started to do it again now as a mom and I have noticed it does help me sleep better a little. I tend to go to bed late and when I wake up in the middle of the night, takes me a couple of hours to get back to sleep. These patches has helped getting me to stay in a deeper sleep and go back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. The adhesive is pretty good, I would suggest putting the pad on the adhesive to center it before putting on the foot, for easier placement.
