**Q: Does icy hot max with lidocaine come without menthol?**
A: No

**Q: Are you supposed to feel heat like bengay? or cold like ice? because i feel nothing.**
A: For my lower back pain the Lidocaine + Menthol works all though it doesn’t produce the sensation of heat and cold like some other products. The ICY Hot Max with just Lidocaine rollerball, does not work at all for my lower back pain, everyone is different.  The icy hot advanced seems to work the best for me.

**Q: This says it has menthol, I got some and it doesn't seem to get warm. Did I get a bad batch?**
A: No not a bad batch. It didn't work for me either. Icy Hot original works for me much better.

**Q: How does this compare to IcyHot spray?**
A: The ice hot spray is better than this one.

Tremendous relief from my chronic musculoskeletal pain and peripheral neuropathy. It also helps with the acute pain in my neck from playing video games in the worst hunched-over position for hours every day. Easy application (I used nitrile gloves, but you don't have to), it's not greasy, thickish, tacky (sticky), and has NO ODOR. I would give this more than five stars if I could. Already ordered more, so I never run out of this miracle in a bottle. Even my huge load of daily meds for this pain doesn't offer as much relief as this cream did. In my personal opinion, you can't afford NOT to try this for pain relief when it is such a great price.
