This product arrived on time, perfect condition with each wire pre-hooked into the base and wrapped in plastic bags. All you have to do is unhook the bracket from the base, install the bracket into the ceiling and mount the base into the bracket. Then unwrap each string from the plastic bag and hang the crystal at the very end of the string.I hired an electrician to install this chandelier for me who used a scaffold.Love love love and highly recommend!!!
