**Q: How thick is the tip?  I need a fine or extra fine tip.**
A: This pen, as all CDA pens of the 849 series comes with a blue medium tip ballpoint refill as standard. You can order the Goliath refill in fine but must be purchased separately. CDA Goliath does not come in extra fine.

**Q: I would love to have a gift set to give as a gift. Is there any pencil that would go with the Brut rose 849 bp pen?**
A: Yes, look for the Caran d’Ache 844 mechanical pencil in Brut Rose finish. It uses 0.7mm lead and if you want to round up the package, include a Caran d’Ache lead refill tube. It’s the best lead out there!
