Q: The way the picture shows you have to hook up is sides of pump, can the cover be rotated to be able to hookup hoses on top & bottom

You cannot rotate due to the position of the pressure switch wires.

Q: Does this work well with an accumulator tank?

We put one of these pumps in our Pace Arrow motor home and were told by Remco NOT to add an accumulator, that this pump needed a "Hard Shut-Off" when plumbing fixtures were turned off ( in other words, flow = ZERO at turn off ). The pump has been AMAZING - better pressure than at home !!! ...but our Pace Arrow has TuffPex, rated 300 PSI, so no worries for us. I would not recommend this pump for use with any plumbing rated under 150 to 200 PSI - the pump is STRONG ( and that is GOOD ) !!!

Q: Would this pump be a good replacement for a Jabsco Flo 5.0 model 42766-0092?

Not sure about the model match but our pump from Remco failed in about a month. They would not honor the warranty because Amazon is not an authorized reseller.

Q: Is this compatible with and intellitec controller?

Yes, it is. The controller only supplies power to the pump so any pump will work in that regard.
