Hopefully that helped you out some. The writing is in all English. Usually it’s in a different language if it’s not English.

**Q: Can you roll this on your tummy after a tummy tuck?**
A: You may want to ask your doctor that question first. For me, I had to push it down into my stomach some in order for it to roll. Reason for me returning it.

I recently had some surgery which caused some swelling in leg and since my therapist uses one during PT, we thought it might be beneficial for me to use one at home while I'm watching TV, and we were right. It is beneficial. It is not the most comfortable thing in town but the end results make it worth using as it does break down quite a bit of the swelling. The delivery on this was fast and the price was great so I'm happy with this purchase.
