I noticed desertcart had this listed as a frequently returned item. I did lots of research on moxi and on skating before I purchased. Skates typically run a size big so you order a size smaller however, I have very wide thick feet so I ordered a 9 for a 9 foot and they fit perfect. Another thing I noticed mentioned when researching these shoes is some people who try them on do not realize there is tissue paper shoved super far down in the bottom of the brand new skate and try it on and can’t get their foot in. This is also important. The ankle support on these is phenomenal, better than any indoor rental skate I’ve ever seen. The wheels are very slick on my hardwood floors it is raining today so I can’t try these out yet and all my skate gear is not here yet. It did come with a skate tool for adjusting however not every box of moxi skates comes with a skate tool and it’s recommended you have one to adjust your wheels and trunks. I also saw some reports that skates from riedell arrived scuffed or used this was absolutely not the case of me ordering these. They smell BRAND NEW look brand new, and had all the packaging provided to unwrap.
