It has helped me with my back ache tremendously. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very effective to quiet lower back pain *by A***R on January 29, 2026* I find this unit to be very strong. There are 6 modes and you can adjust the intensity from 1-20. I found that 15 was as high as I needed on the modes that I found most beneficial. I had serious low back pain and while I'm sure it was going to naturally alleviate, using this device 3-4 times a day seemed to really help quiet the areas of my back that were having muscle spasms. My advice is to try to place the pads in a way that when the device fires, you are engaging the specific muscles that are being problematic, if you do not place it correctly and are stimulating other muscles, the benefits are limited.
