So a at least a gallon of gas is left in the tank when it reads empty. Given the irregular shape of the tank that's unavoidable. **Q: Will it fit cub cadet ultima** A: As long as the tank is at least 10 1/2" deep, measured from the top of the threads on the filler neck, straight down to the tank bottom it will work.
