The jar I received looked normal (see photo) but after seeing the review from another customer about getting a jar with a thin consistency, I thought I'd share this tip. AloeGlyC does thin and change color over time. The company says this happens naturally as aloe ages. They tell customers to keep it in the fridge if you want it to stay creamier. I don't do that with mine until it starts to get thin, at which point I stick it in the fridge overnight and stir it in the morning (I use a cosmetic stir stick) before using to firm the texture and make sure the vitamin C beads are dispersed throughout. This product has been a major game-changer for my skin. My skin texture has completely changed - my skin is even, smooth, and soft. I am not exaggerating when I say that my skin looks like younger skin.
