Amazon does actually have real customer service reps to provide assistance (albeit I suspect they are located outside the U.S.). Even items shown as “non-returnable” can be returned if Amazon messed up, delivery damaged the item, product/listing showed different quantity/amount, and so on. I doubt you’ll get very far with simple “buyers remorse” however. So, where do you find Amazon’s customer service number? There is not like a 1-800 number to call. Have your Order Number handy. **Q: Anybody suffers keloidalis nuchae and used this ?** A: I'n not sure what that is. Keloidalis Nuchae. With the problem I had with my legs due to a Cardio Vasuclar issue this worked for me more than anything. Dr. would not give any type of prescription. **Q: Did this turn anyone else’s skin brown where it was applied?** A: It didn’t change the color of my skin, but I did notice that any residue left on the cap turns a dark purplish-brown color after being exposed to the air for awhile. **Q: Does this work on chilblains?** A: i think it might help. I had a similar problem and it helped heal a sore on my leg due to vein issues.
