The only thing I don’t like is the wooden material: by accident I put one knife in the dishwasher and the wooden handle lost the color. At least or I hope is not going to grow more the stain.About the price I was very happy that I found such a good deal of almost 40% off from the retail price. I thought I was buying too high quality product. But three weeks later, the discount was only 5% off, but this time the retail price was more accurate to reality and product.Pay attention to prices, the suggested/retail price that Amazon publishes is not accurate and can mislead you.I asked for customer service, it was great. I was planning to return the item, order a replacement at a lower price. But I felt bad because it is very likely they will throw away the product plus the waste in making a new delivery for returning.
