After taking just one packet as directed I had mild palpitations, dizziness and depersonalizations. On day two , I experience serious leg cramps and had frequent trips to the bathroom to urinate. I did lose 2 lbs. i was already on Atkins but had plateaued for approximately 3-4 months. And although it gave me energy, I was on edge and easily agitated. I'm an Emergency physician in a busy 72,000 visit per yr ED and could always use the energy but at what price... I was not myself and feel as though I was going to pass out at any moment.
