These NasalVent devices are my favorite. Not only do they come in a size large enough for my nose (larger than the largest in the other silicone tube design available), but they are easily trimmable and the soft silicone is easy on the sensitive interior of my nose and the septum. The don't see the point of the bump in the middle of the connecting bridge of each item, but it is easily cut off. I don't have any trouble with these devices slipping out of my nose while I sleep, but if you do, the horns on each side lock the device in the nostril and should help. I've had them for almost 3 years now and aside from a 1/4 inch tear in one of the tubes where it attaches to the bridge, they still work well. I'll order a replacement set in case that tear goes too far. They are a lifesaver, especially when I have a cold or allergies. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I guess they would work like Breathe Right strips *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2017* I will say that these open up the air passage ways, and really improve the breathing. I guess they would work like Breathe Right strips, only much better. However, the benefit in the snore department were not that effective, and the product didn't work for me, which I why I did not rate higher. ### ⭐⭐ Didn't work for me *by C***B on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2017* These were very uncomfortable at all sizes and didn't work for me. In fact halfway through the night I pulled it out and I had a mild headache emanating from my nostrils. I did like that they were soft which was the only positive thing.
