I use it with the splash about swim nappy and that seems like enough layers as my son is comfortable in the pool (32/33 degrees pool) just attached with Velcro which makes it super easy. For me it was true to fit, so bought the 3-6 which still fits at nearly 5 months) but my little one is the 40th percentile in our area in London if that helps - if babies are over the average size then definitely get the one above if they’re one or so months behind the next size up. Review: As a scuba diver, taking this out of the packet was much like being thrown into the sea (I loved it). The smell alone tells me this is decent neoprene. The item is well made, thick, durable and with a beautiful design. The sizing is as excellent with plenty of room for growth while still fitting well. It cleans well and I have no issues at all.
