A: Yes. Recipes for the starter, loaf, pancakes and naan bread. Please note you will need other items of baking equipment to make the bread. Google for what you need.

**Q: So I don't need to buy anything thing else to get started**
A: You'll need the ingredients. This is only the jars. It does include q recipe and instructions though.

**Q: Is there an option for gluten free flour to be used instead of wheat?**
A: I have successfully used rye flour to make a starter the same way as wheat flour. It takes a few days to get going but if you keep feeding it, it’s ready in about 6 days

I purchased 3 sets, 2 as gifts. Note, that I bought them all at the same time....because every time I buy a Kilner jar it's just as it says on the listing and is of a high, sturdy quality. So I didn't buy one set to check it first, and I am glad to give high quality as a great gift. Can't wait to start the sourdough in it's dedcated jar - such a great idea to have a lid that also measures and a dedicated just the right size spatula, which will remain uncontaminated by other smells. A good instruction insert too, very useful for the gift sets, for people who are just starting out on this awesome healthy bread making adventure.
