It's just 2 metal rods and the plastic end pieces that are already on the ends with Allen screws, and the hardware packet with a couple of Allen wrenches. **Q: These racks are very noisy. Sounds like a wind tunnel. Is there anyway to make it go away?** A: There are several reasons for wind noise. One is that the direction of the crossbar is reversed.
