I first learned about dry brushing from health and wellness influencer Hey Fran Hey. She said that it was good, easy, and quick for dry skin issues, detoxing the body, and increasing circulation. I really wanted to check it out but I wasn't sure what exactly I needed to buy to start off. Fortunately, someone recommended that I try this bundle set and I am so happy this happened. First, the packaging is beautiful. The brush set comes in a sleek black box that is definitely something you would want to keep to store the set in (that is what I am doing). Second, the set comes with a body brush with a long removable handle (for those hard to reach places), a face brush, a loofah, and a konjac sponge (which is a Japanese sponge great for facial cleansing) and it is perfect for a beginner. I have been using the body brush, face brush, and konjac sponge daily for a full week and I really like it. It takes less than 10 minutes to do everything. I brush my face and body before I hop into the shower. The first time I brushed, I was surprised by the sensation I was feeling throughout my body. It felt like my body was waking up. My skin was tingling. I use the konjac sponge in the shower with facial cleanser. The sponge is infused with charcoal so it can be used alone or with your facial cleanser. It has really helped me get a good clean scrub, removing dirt and makeup. I haven't used the loofah yet but I plan to try it out soon. You get two dry brushes, a back exfoliation brush thing and a konjac sponge.The dry brushes work to exfoliate, make no mistake. I haven't seen it reduce any stretch marks or anything of that nature, but I only used it twice because I can't stand the feeling of dry brushing. It doesn't hurt but if you don't like the feeling of things rubbing against your skin roughly you may not enjoy this. However I love the feeling on my face!!! I like the one for the face and it comes with a little instruction card of how you should be using it.The back exfoliating thing is nice but I just use it on my feet. Works great, no complaints.Now the best thing EVER....The konjac sponge!!!!!!I LOVE ITTT. It works and it replaces wash cloths or whatever you would use to wash your face. I use it daily. Only issue is I have no idea how you're supposed to clean it. Sponges can harbor bacteria so....not sure. It just says replace every 3 months.So yeah. If you like spa kits. I've been using the face brush often, because it feels so great and it's amazing to erase wrinkles from stress and the environment. Some wrinkles are there to stay and I say those are character lines and we should be proud of them. However, the ones from grimacing from stressful situations or the pollution issues we have, are not things I want to wear on my face. This was very helpful.2. I also like the idea of helping to prevent breast cancer. I know it's not 100% but, it runs in my family and anything I can do to increase lymphatic detoxing and circulation, I'm doing.3. The other benefit that I didn't think about was reducing the look of cellulite. I would say that you need to work out and eat well for this one as well, but since turning 50, I've really paid more attention (I've always been wellness focused) to self care, so it's not a problem.(Not as marked I do not think but worth a mention) I know that the brushes will help with lower GI issues because of the increased blood flow to the lower abdomen, however this isn't one of my struggles so, I can't actually speak on this.What I did not like: I didn't like that the directions were a little small.
