This battery pack is great. I bought it for my Moto Z2 Play ...
This battery pack is great. I bought it for my Moto Z2 Play and I can easily get through a full day of heavy use, and potentially get through 2 full days of normal use, although I have not tried.Believe it or not, for my hands, the Z2 Play was a little too thin and awkward to hold. The Incipio battery pack does add some bulk and weight but for me that was helpful, as it made holding the phone more comfortable and secure. It just about doubles the thickness of the phone and adds half again the weight, but this model is so light and thin to begin with, it works well for me. The back has a textured, vinyl feel to it and the edges are beveled. And the added thickness actually protects the camera that normally sticks out from the surface of the back of the phone. It connects securely to the back of the phone with a strong magnet and I have not experienced any movement of the battery. In fact, you really have to pry it off if you want to remove it.When you attach it, your phone automatically detects it and the first time you attach it it will ask which of 2 settings you want to use: 1) rely exclusively on the battery pack until it is zero and then move to the phone's battery or 2) rely on the phone battery until it reaches 80% and then switch to the battery pack battery until it is fully discharged, then switch back to the phone battery. I use option 2, although I don't really see how either one is particularly more efficient. It's nice to have choices though. The battery pack also has wireless charging integrated into it. I can verify that it works with an old Qi wireless charger I have, so it should work with almost any newer wireless charger, but I'd check the specs of both to make sure beforehand. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. I think it is overpriced at $59+tax when I bought it in Sept 2017. I'd like to see it more around $39, but I think over time and as more competitors come on the market, the price will drop.So overall, great device! Even with a great battery in my Moto Z2 Play, I was left at 15% at the end of the day, but once I added the Incipio battery pack, I now have no worries of making it through the day. With the added bonus of it making the phone more secure and comfortable in my hand. The wireless charging is great too, although I really think the phone should come with that in the first place.

TL;DR: This is a better/more practical mod than the Mophie
This was my first Moto Mod I bought for myself for good reason.Pros:It has the extra batter life you need in this day and age, even with the banging battery life this thing has. Yet, it is slim enough it does not feel any bulkier than a big case with a little weight. The Mophie has a lot more battery power BUT was a brick by comparison when I tried a friends. (Another great perk of the system is that right there!)Add in the wireless battery and that's a great pairing. My previous phone had it built in but was never a great phone. That was the one thing the Motos really lacked I felt but this remedies that. Plus wireless charging is goodCon (Barely)My one microscopic nitpick/con for the Power Pack would be there is no dedicated charging port on it. So to charge it you have to use the charging pad or slap it on the phone and plug it up to the charger. Not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination but just the only con of the entire device.I'm not bashing the Mophie. I am still purchasing that one for long camping weekends. That's what it is made for I think. This mod is perfect for the day to day and those who are office and home workers. You sit down, plop it on the charger and let it charge it all. I work long hours currently but when I get home or to my office desk, all I have to do is just drop it on the pad. It's good.Update:It's a bit chunky compared to the Mophie BUT still my preferred pick for a battery pack.Update 2:Had to replace the phone and I think I had a bad battery in the phone. Now with this thing, I don't hardly plug it up to the charger but once a week. Between this and the phone's good battery life, I went 9 days without having to charging up both to 100%. I just put this on at night or as needed and it gets the phone to 80% with ease.

Exactly what I needed!
After my moto Z4 battery life started to only last half a day this battery pack is exactly what I needed! Makes my phone last all day when using it alot! I was worried it would not stay on the phone that great but it holds solid, even with my scopecam adapter hooked up to my spotting scope I have not had a problem with it! I would recommend and buy again!!!

The one you want
If you have a moto that accepts mods and doesn't have wireless charging built-in, than this is the one you want. Besides the fact that it gives you a full charge, just in caseyou run low ,which in and of itself is a great feature it also brings your phone into the present, where wireless charging reigns supreme. On top of that the added weight makes the phone feel better in the palm of your hand.

Outstanding Moto Mod makes My Z2 Force spectacular!
Bought the Incipio offGRID Power Pack with wireless charging for my Moto Z2 Force. Works flawlessly! Absolutely the best. The integration between the Z2 Force and the Incipio Moto mod is seamless. More than doubles my battery life and the wireless charging is so convenient that the small reduction in charging speed is insignificant. The battery attached easily and securely. Adds protection around the back 2 camera lens so that when laid on a table etc the lens are recessed and don't touch the surface. When charging via wireless mode it charges both the camera battery and it's self. The Incipio can also be charged via the USB-C as well, again the phone battery charges first and then the Incipio - nothing for the user to do to manage the phone and how it works with the Mod. There is a efficiency setting you can select in the Moto Mods settings, but it's optional depending on user preference for how the Mod provides power to the phone battery.Best Moto Mod ever! I love my Moto Z2 Force and this Mod makes it spectacular. If you have a Moto Z phone this Mod is well worth the price.

Endlich wieder kabellos laden....
