It was easy to install, and we really liked the idea of the water shut off option, if need. Delta is a good brand; my husband, who is a contractor, has never had any problems with this brand. My only complaint is the same complaint I have on all faucets and shower heads constructed these days from every manufacturer: GET RID OF THE WATER SAVERS. I love Delta faucets. However, I find that water savers (those little pieces of plastic they put up in the faucet head to slow the flow of water to near a trickle...I exaggerate....but not much) do not save water. I'm sure there is some researcher somewhere who disagrees. However, if I have to stand there under the shower for longer trying to get the soap out of my hair, what water have I saved? It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with the "low flow shower head". We also have a gas tankless hot water heater. You have to let the water run awhile to get the water to warm up. If I have to deal with water savers slowing the flow, then it takes even longer to get the hot water to the faucet. Again....what water have I saved? I do wonder where exactly the water savers are. Are they in the faucet, or this assembly. I need to do more research. Sorry...rant over. Buy this shower head. It is great. That is all. Best regards, Jon **Q: I am doing a double-shower head shower with NO tub. Do I use this valve since there is no tub? UNWS is for the shower / tub.** A: No. You'll need to plug the outlet going to the tub. For using it with two shower head, you'll need the "Delta R11000 3/6 Setting Diverter Rough" which should be intalled above your units.. The R11000 diverter has three outputs. The output on the right must be plugged off. It comes with a plug which needs to be soldered. The other two outlets, one goes to one shower head, and the other one to the 2nd shower head. Please keep in mind that the pressure drops if you use both shower heads at the same time. If the pressure is important to you, you should use two R10000 valves instead of this diverter. Something that I wish I had done. If you use two, then make sure that each one gets its own hot and cold water lines from the mail 3/4" pipes.You can also call Delta.
