Le Cleaner et l'Ultraproofer sentaient tous 2 l'oeuf pourri, une forte et désagréable odeur. A l'arrivée, si ma capote est propre et bien reteintée, elle n'est pas du tout imperméabilisée.Comme la majorité des commentaires pour cette marque est élogieuse, j'ai contacté leur service client en Angleterre, et après avoir raconté mon expérience, ils m'ont affirmé que l'odeur était anormale. Sans discussion, ils m'ont proposé de me renvoyer les 2 produits qui puaient, ce que j'ai évidemment accepté. Je précise qu'ils ont été vraiment super sympa et à l'écoute. J'attends donc de recevoir ces 2 produits de remplacement et referai l'application dès réception, pour mettre à jour mon appréciation.Notez bien, que si votre produit sent le pourri à l'ouverture, il faut le renvoyer, ce n'est pas normal et cela altère sans doute ses propriétés. Je mets 3 étoiles en attendant la nouvelle application.ÉDIT EN RETARD!J’ai oublié de compléter mon avis : après une application soignée des produits nouvellement reçus, plus aucun désagrément olfactif!
