Our products are shipped by Amazon. The LE version in question is being sold by a third-party seller.

**Q: After you put it together, do the wheels turn and does the car roll?**
A: The wheels do turn, although not fast like a regular match box car.

**Q: is the paint washable?**

The paint in this kit is Acrylic.

It should wash off of skin and surfaces with soap and water but may stain clothes.
