I requested a return and the folks at Gotoly were great. Wonderful customer service! The quality of the slimmer is good. I like that it has straps for a smoother finish under clothes. It is not super stiff like one with lots of boning would be. It is very easy to wear all day with extreme comfort (even in the warmer weather) and ease of movement. I highly recommend, just remember that they run a bit big, so order a size down if your wanting firm "training" of the waist. If your new to trainers, order according to the size chart.
