The powder comes in a sturdy zip foil pouch, but I like to keep my supplement powders in glass containers so I transferred the powder into a 8oz glass jar. The product comes with a small plastic scoop. The powder is white and has a fine fluffy consistency. There is no distinct taste or smell. The powder dissolves easily in warm/hot water which is how take it every evening before bed. I take 100mg to 200mg l-theanine along with 3mg melatonin, 450mg magnesium glycinate , and 50 mg zinc glycinate before bed and I sleep like the dead. Sometimes I will also use 100mg to 200mg with my morning coffee or caffeine in order to smooth out the jitters from the caffeine. Love that this product has no fillers and comes with a large number of servings for a really good price.
