His feet are tender (6 weeks). While he is in stall for a few hours, I clean his feet, then, make 2-fold square from heavy duty paper towel and under the square I put a cross of painter tape, put the goo on the square and then, put the square on the sole massaging it over to get all the nooks and crannies, secure with the painter's tape. It stays without problems in the stall and I find remnants of it after the turnout.
