The opinions expressed are my own.I will admit that I was a bit hesitant when I got it. I received the box and other than the picture, If I hadn't been expecting a meat injector I might not have know from the wording on the packaging. I've lived over seas and a lot of time, there is more than one language listed.Actually using the device took some fineness. I'm not one to look for or read directions so I dumped all the parts out on my work surface and attempted to put it together (yes, this is important you will need to assemble it). It's fairly intuitive.It comes with two different types of needles: one for liquids and one for 'chunks'. They also send extra silicon rings to keep stuff inside the barrel.When using the injector, it's important to choose the right needle tip for the job at hand. I may have clogged the liquid one (holes on side of needle) with Italian dressing once.Also, the chunky stuff needle (hole at tip) is limited to the diameter of the opening when it comes to letting stuff out. Make sure your injectables are the proper consistency.I really like that this injector felt solid in my hand. Do be careful when ramming it into tough cuts of meat. It's sharp and you should never hold the meat in your hand. I found out the hard way.Alternative uses: I have six kids and two of them were annoying me while I was playing with the injector (dry run, no meat... just putting it together and taking it apart to see the ease of use without reading any directions). After answering the same questions over and over again, I finally had enough and told the kids my office decided to let me do this year's flu shots and I decided they should get one too.Needless to say, that's not what this is for but I did get like 20 minutes of peace and quiet. (And yes, my kids knew I was joking...) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for the money *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2017* I'm very happy with this injector. I have never owned one before but have used plastic injectors. The needle length is good for big roasts. I would buy it again. No reason to buy a really expensive one. The screw on cap at the base where the needle attaches is nearly impossible to get off so I'm not sure what to do there. Should have made it a hex nut or something. On the upside I don't need to take it off for cleaning because with tight seals there isn't any absolute reason to take that part off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong injector, won't bend or break *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2017* I have used this several times this summer to inject ribs and a whole chicken. Pokes through the meat effortless. If the meat has alot of fat, it will get stuck inside the syrings.
