Seriously good stuff. I used this to make a glaze for a pork roast that I cooked for Christmas dinner. See recipe and photo below.Obviously, this jam would be wonderful on toast, biscuits, on Brie cheese, any place you need a hit of flavor that isn't to sti​cky-sweet. The flavors of fig and orange are pronounced -- really first-rate jam. Will absolutely order this again. Solid and well-earned five stars from me.For the Christmas roast pork w/ fig & orange glaze --I used 8 oz of this (almost the whole jar), 2 Tbsp of dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp of whole grain mustard, and thinned it with a little orange juice to a thick glaze consistency. Used half of it to coat the pork roast (3.5 lb pork loin roast, excess fat trimmed), then covered and let it refrigerate overnight. Removed from fridge, let sit for an hour to get to room temperature, then wrap it in bacon strips overlapping a bit. Into a 375 oven for 30 minutes; then reduce oven temp to 300, baste bacon-wrapped roast with some of the remaining glaze, and bake for another hour or so until internal temp registers 145, basting occasionally with any glaze left. I'm telling you, this was absolutely DIVINE!
