It’s says in description includes some soil in bag but mine did not** A: No, soil is not included. You may find that even without soil, your bulbs have already started to sprout a tiny bit when you open the sealed packet. Plant them as soon as you can after receiving them. If you put several into the same pot, space them a couple of inches apart. **Q: Are these perennial bulbs** A: Mine usually come back every year n I live in zone 8B but we had a week of extremely cold weather n they did not come back. I just lay them in a pot n cover with dirt. A lot of seeds n bulbs have not come up due to the cool spring. The ground has to b warm for certain plants to germinate. Give it a few weeks n it’ll come up! They are great plants to grow ! **Q: I placed 3 orders for $9.99 each and never received my order. i have been trying to get a refund and would like to know why i can't get my refund?** A: These may be an exception (some private sellers have their own process) but generally you just look up at black heater on any amazon page and click on "Returns and Orders" and find your item on the list and click on the button that says "Return or Replace" You'' go to a page explaining the problem and your desired resolution (Returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase so for flower bulbs you should at least show some sprouts - if not request a return or replace. Some sellers won't even require you to return something like bulbs - they will either send you new ones or refund you. Usually, it's your choice. So many people have problems understanding the Return/Replace process on Amazon and I've never figured out why. Also depend on the seller they may send you a bar code to scan or print or you can just print a free return label - but like I said in the case of bulbs they probably won't require you to return items. For other items you may get the scanner code or the label and you can take them unboxed to your local USP store and they'll will box it and ship it, or they can scan the bar code (you can take a picture of it on your phone and they can scan it from the picture and produce a mailing label. I decided to buy the bulbs and grow them myself. The package I received are bulbs in a small plastic box, I have no complaints about how it was packaged. It had no instructions. When I googled how to plant and saw pictures, the blubs were white. The ones I all had mud on them. I didn't mind it but only one of the was kind of clear. I am thinking that is the only bulb that sproted. I bought them in April and couple of weeks ago I dug up the rest of the pot to see if any of the blubs are sprouting , I think they all rotted and decomposed. Don't buy these. I am honestly disappointed.
