The ham maker is made of high-quality stainless steel, thanks to which it is robust and resistant to possible impressions and scratches. Product registered with the European Patent Office. If you are a lot of healthy cooking, you and your family want to know what you eat, you have enough of sodium glutamate and chemistry in food - the ham maker is for you! The operation of this device is based on heating water and brewing the meat. You decide which natural ingredients you want to use to make your own delicious cold cuts - peckled and uncected. You can be sure that your products will not contain preservatives and artificial additives and that their taste will be highlighted by spices you have chosen. The capacity of this model of ham cooker is ideal for a small portion of solid and juicy ham, as well as a meat, breakfast meat, roulade, ham bacon or other dishes - including vegetarian dishes. The container has a capacity of 1.5 kg. In the instruction manual (English language not guaranteed), which you will find in the set are also proven and recommended recipes. Detailed information about the operation of the ham cooker can be found in the instruction manual included in the set. Please note: Use the device in a pot with a minimum height of 20 cm. Place the closed ham maker in a pot, then pour water in until it reaches the lid of the ham cooker, but does not exceed the level of 3-4 cm below the rim of the pot. A safe water level prevents water from spilling during brewing. The device can be washed in the dishwasher.
