Step 1: Opening the Billow - First, fully unroll the body while holding the black strip of the lounger. You'll notice that each of the black strip openings can be separated to reveal an inner plastic liner. Separate each set of strips and stick your arms into the plastic liner to make sure the liner is fully separated and free flowing in the body of the lounger. This will make it easier to inflate. Step 2: Filling the Billow- The trick to capturing air in the Billow is to start with one side of the tube and then move to the next. With the first side, you'll want to hold each side of the black strip. Then, in a quick motion, open the strip exposing the plastic liner while moving your hands forward and then quickly close it. Almost as if it was a mouth opening and closing. Repeat this process a few times until that side has enough air to give it shape. Then repeat for the other side of the tube. It's ok if the sides are not fully inflated because you'll be able to compress the air by rolling it up in the next step. Step 3: Locking in the Air - Once each side has enough air to provide shape, bring the two black strips together and fold them over a few times until the compressed air has given it a more firm structure. Then, snap the buckle into place to lock it.
