**Q: How long till it's fully charged?**
A: From new, the rechargeable cells of the
product needs a minimum charge time of 16
hours to ensure full power.
We suggest you fully discharge the product
when it is used for the first time as this will
help the cells recharge faster.

After the first charge, the product will charge by 9 hours.   
The product may remain on the charger at all times when not in use.   
Make sure the vacuum is turned off before placing on the charger.   The product will not charge when the switch is in the on position.
