Every one except the laughing while crying was super hard to inflate. There was plastic strips that you are suppose to insert the helium between but the helium wouldn't enter beyond the strips I ended up having to cut the tabs and inflate. Mylar balloons like this should stay well filled but because I had to cut the tabs, they didn't stay well filled. They were cheap so it isn't that big of a loss.
