For the price, we were hoping for more of a noticeable difference. After using this for a month or so, I asked my wife for her thoughts. She said, "well, it seems to work just about the same as the dish soap I used for a while when I ran out of cleanser." Haha, that about summed it up for her. I’ve tried everything and I would breakout. This takes off all my makeup and makes my skin feel great without over stripping. I will only use this and nothing else. It is very good at removing dirt and oil from skin. My pores are less visible, but my acne has not improved. Sometimes it can leave your skin a bit dry, however. Use more water than you normally would so that the cleanser foams while washing.One caveat is the dispenser. The tube is metal and the opening on the tube is very wide. It requires only a pea-sized amount of product to cleanse, and it is very difficult to get such a small amount out at a time. I feel like I am wasting some every time I use it because too much comes out of the tube.
