Works very well **Q: Can the tires be exchanged for the air filled tires for winter?** A: Tires swap easily **Q: How tall are the sides of the cart? How deep is the cart?** A: Those sizes are in the description at the bottom of the ad **Q: Which tool removes the tires ?(to place cart more flatly for store?)** A: Probably just a pair of pliers to straighten the cotter pin in order to pull it out.
