The black color helps to block out any light that could damage them, and the lid screws on tight and has a satisfying retaining ring that hold the lid on securely and stops leaks. Absolutely worth it, very cheap for the function of these.

I've been using these to store my development chemicals, they work perfectly and have not leaked in the year of storing chemistry in them. The black color helps to block out any light that could damage them, and the lid screws on tight and has a satisfying retaining ring that hold the lid on securely and stops leaks. Absolutely worth it, very cheap for the function of these.
