The bed arrived without any dents or scratches and had all the necessary parts and pieces required. The only thing I wish was that the bottom drawer had more support. The base of the drawer is made from particle board so it can't hold anything too heavy. It would work fine for light storage though - something like diapers, towels or blankets. All in all it's a great toddler bed and we hope to get a couple good years out of it! We ended up having to get 3 the first 2 came damaged and the third was also but wants going to break but I didn’t want to deal with returning again. It was very easy to put together. But one thing I didn’t like was you can’t change what side the guard rail goes so right now she is sleeping with the open side where it’s supposed to be closed. My daughter loves her bed so that’s all that matters!
