Edit: I contacted customer service about the lack of filling through Amazon and they immediately responded in less than 24 hours that they would ship me some more filling. I received the filling a couple days later and was happy to see it was more than enough to fill the pillow. Now I will be able to adjust the fill to my likeness over the next several nights until I get it right. 5 star for exceptional customer service, 1 star deducted for underfilling the pillow.Original: I have slept on this for a little over 2 months now. I probably should have returned it the moment I received it. I purchased a king and it was obvious it was underfilled. I could hold one end, shake it 2-3 times, and there would be almost 6+ inches of just cover, no filling. Because of this underfilling, the filling will separate and push to the edges and I am left with just laying on a cover. I suspect the filling needs to at least double to be functional. I find myself now shaking the pillow to get all the filling to one end, rolling the empty end, and trying to lay on the filled end while hoping I fall asleep quickly without undoing my nice tight roll... Unfortunately for me, that is never the case and I wake up with a perpetual pain in my neck. Two stars because the shredded material feels nice as does the cover. But poor execution on the filling process. Not sure if this is an isolated QC issue or if this is just normal to fill a king sized cover with standard sized filling. Btw- I don't understand what they mean by adding filling to customize the pillow. I have emailed customer service to see if they will send me additional filling. I believe with additional filling, this pillow would have potential.

Basically a comfortable foam pillow. The "cooling" claim was unusual since it seemed to get pretty warm fast. Bamboo? Not from what I see, aside from the word written on it. But like I said, it's comfortable anyway.

If you want a "stand alone" pillow, this is not the one for you. I still need to have another pillow on top of this one to be able to sleep with my head elevated. This one is too flat! I'll try the other suggestions of folding it in half ... maybe that would make this one more comfortable. I am going to keep it, however I think I've added pillows to my "never order online again" list.

Picked this out for my fiance. It arrived rolled up tight with the air pushed out of it. Unrolling it and giving it time to fluff is necessary. It still didn't fully fluff without smacking it around a bit. My fiance has slept with two pillows for at least the decade+ I've known him, and probably longer. He raves about this pillow. He loves this pillow. He now only uses the one pillow, has lost the constant pain in the neck he used to have, and snores less. Definitely a great pillow! He tells me fairly often that it was the best Christmas gift he's ever received.

Not all bamboo and pillow is lacking in stuffing. But for the price and the use of body pillow it is adequate. I add some stuffing to it.

This pillow is way too thin and the furthest from firm as possible. If you like a flat, thin and flimsy pillow, then this is the one for you.

My husband has a neck of an 80 year old, but he is only in his 30's. We have tried several different pillows with different filling, contouring, for side sleeper, back sleeper, etc. With all of them he was unhappy. I switched his pillow with this one about a week ago, and he has been commenting how his neck is not near as stiff, and how he is sleeping much better. I have taken a few naps with it, and it is extremely comfortable, and very cool. Will definitely be getting one for my self.

I already have the standard size pillow and love it. I have back and neck issues after having years of pain from sleeping on other pillows (regular, feather,orthopedic,memory foam)I tried the Bamboo in the standard size and woke up pain free BUT I bought the larger King size pillow and it did not feel the same.
