It’s like trying to do yoga in a bounce house. **Q: Does this mat wear and tear from feet doing exercises like mountain climbers etc. ?** A: Mine literally tore from being stepped on. It is not very sturdy and I would not use it as an exercise mat. **Q: Can it be folded into half?** A: Its flexible enough to be folded in half but I wouldn’t recommend it because you would create a crease that could rip the mat over time **Q: My mom is requesting a new yoga mat for Christmas because the one she has “squeaks” lol Does anyone happen to know if this one is noisy or quiet** A: Perfectly quiet.
