I use it all the time, with a variety of different dishes, but my favorite (and the simplest) is just to add half a tablespoon to a package of chicken-flavored ramen, which I do first thing every morning. So perfect! I further recommend adding it to the water (along with some minced garlic) when making rice for an excellent side that goes with pretty much anything, or sprinkling it over frying noodles to pair with strip steak. Obviously it can be used to make quick-and-easy broth or gravy as well.
