If you have to label your oil sprayers then you have too many oil sprays. **Q: Will this spray olive oil in a fine mist?** A: Fine mist is a subjective statement. I would say probably not as fine as your are expecting. I would not comment on that question. The information from the manufacturer says it sprays cooking oil in a vertical or horizontal fan spray, nothing about the size of the droplets. **Q: can just buy a new pump? the ring will not stay tight and cannot fully use it. Do they sell parts or do i need a whole new sprayer?** A: I do not know if they sell the parts but I do know these oil speakers seems to break very easily. This is the second brand I've tried & they have both leaked. Very frustrating **Q: Does the lid fit on securely** A: Yes the lid is a screw on type. I made French fries and chicken tenders in air fryer and had successfully sprayed with it about 10 times. Reached to get the bottle to spray one last spritz and the lid was no longer attached to the bottle. The bottle crashed to the floor and broke in about 100 shards that flew from my kitchen all the way down the hallway. Almost an entire bottle of oil all over the place along with the glass. The first photo is a frying pan sprayed with a canola oil spray can.
