We adopted a taste-first approach when it came to developing the protein rocky Road. With two delicious chocolatey options to choose from, you may find yourself with a difficult, though tasty decision to make. Consume 1-2 slices per day whenever it's time for a high-protein snack, or according to your dietary requirements. Consume a maximum of two slices per day. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect.
