The spring feel and construction seem pretty solid. I haven't tried card stock, but I'm only using them to make 3-d dogwood flowers. I use a ball-head tool to round the flower and trim off most of one petal, before overlap gluing. The Medium one is the perfect size for my current card project, but it's nice to know I can make larger and tinier flowers if I want.
