This is a very well written book. I have not yet finished reading it, but hope to do so soon. I am trying to take what I can from the book, but I find it a bit controversial. Some of the ideas in the book are hard to take in or believe after being taught otherwise my whole life. It seems almost dangerous at some level to follow some of the advice written. I am going to continue reading and practice in order to find clarity. The only way to know for sure is to try it yourself. This is a book for people with an open mind or a desire to open their mind. It may be a little to out there or extremist for some.
