I originally bout a size XS going by the measurements in the size chart and ended up exchanging them for a S because they were too snug around the thighs ( average athletic build) to give me the flexibility when completing transfers with my patients. The fabric is sturdy and has held up well, however not as flexible as I expected/ desired in a scrub pant. I constantly find myself adjusting them to give me the flexibility to squat and transfer my patients buts still feel restricted. With a pen and cell phone in the pocket they get snugger on my leg. I really hoped to like these more but I'll stick with my wonder wink joggers in the future for a better fit with more room to move around.6/26/20 update : after having them for a few months and getting some washes in they have loosened up a bit, more flexible and squatting friendly. I find them a lot more comfortable now and am really enjoying them! My favorite thing about jogger pants is that my shortness matters none and no hemming needed.
