Well I found this for our office the other day and waaaa-llaaaa! Xerox ink like i get from our normal guy on the phone, just with a little key thingy to install it. I'm baffled how this isnt used more wide-spread but once you do it, you'll never go back to paying all that money for the same product in a different box. The plastic key took no time and im as brain dead (lol) as it comes with electronics but the video link on the instruction sheet was very descriptive and clear. Everything seemed fine and then it quit working. The printer reported a paper jam but there was none. Researching I found that the ink waste tray was empty. Talking with several repair techs confirmed that the ink destroyed the print heads and they cost more than the printer. So beware. Is this compatible with your printer? It surely destroyed a printer that I loved.
