It is only sold with a set of the pouch toppers. **Q: My 1 year old uses a pouch holder. Would these work with it?** A: These would replace the pouch holder. They have a one way valve to prevent squeezing and spilling. You have to bite the valve and suck and it’s very convenient to carry around. **Q: Do these work better than a pouch holder?** A: No. While these do add a bit of resistance for a light “squeeze”, a child with their all or nothing attitude will definitely be able to squeeze product out. These are more for kids who bite the top of the pouches. **Q: We have loved these since we got them. However, now the tops seem to come off easier and our lovely, messy kid makes a huge mess with it. Anyone else?** A: Our ChooMee pouch topper will provide a very secure fit when properly attached. You can simply push it on but we find it's easiest to lock them together by twisting the pouch top when attaching it (similar motion as to "screwing it on"... this requires less force than pushing it straight downward).
