Are they sized the same as those?** A: This is my first pair of Carhartt boots. I've had my feet measured at a Red Wing boot store, and I went off the same size they recommended. Of all the boots I've worn, these were definitely the most comfortable right out of the box, with little break in needed. **Q: Is this boot good in your arches and heel I've been having a lot of issues with that part of the foot constantly in pain when walking in my boots** A: Definitely not. You may want to look into barefoot shoes. My husband wears keens work boot because of the same issue.
