The details on the product say there is a lifetime warranty. I have contacted the seller and the manufacturer, after getting zero response from either party this product gets a negative vote from me. What a great looking outfit. I can't wait to give it to my son for his birthday. I can tell right away that this is a quality product. The rod is not as blue as it shows in the picture. In my opinion I think it looks better this way. It's almost a navy blue or even darker. The reel is by no means a kids reel and comes loaded with backer, line, and leader. My only gripe is that I didn't get the flies or extra leader that it said would come with in the description. I still give this a 5 star based on initial quality of the product.
