The cuffs do have 2 buttons for different fits so dont worry if you have thicker wrists. Another thing, the ribbon pieces that connect the body suit to the clear straps is VERY fragile. You may want to tailor it a bit there or simply cut them off. Other than that, this is so worth the buy. I didnt wear the fishnets because im gonna use my own.
