Review: Better alternative to CS-X3! - I've been using the Air Spencer (000800) CS-X3 Squash Scent Air Freshener Refill for years. Love the smell. everyone loves the smell. But they dont last long. Like 3 weeks and after that it kinda just dissipates. Purchased these just to try an alternative. First off this smells near identical to the CS-X3's. I have had it for just over 3 months now and it hasn't dissipated at all. It is still just as strong. It comes with a small doughnut shaped cardboard cutout so you can kinda stifle the vents. These work perfect to prolong the life so I highly recommend using it. The only downside is its kinda bulky, but just toss it in a cup holder you dont use, or under the seat (secure it in some way so it doesnt roll around) Highly recommend giving it a shot! (does take a little while to ship but totally worth)

The smell is really nice and I think it has just the right amount of strength. I'd say it lasted about three weeks and it made my car smell like a Macy's.
